All UWE products are warranted for a period of one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If the product fails to operate to specifications upon delivery or anytime during the warranty period, when used under normal conditions, METROLAB plus will repair or replace it at their option, without any charges except for transport and insurance.

You must first obtain a RA# (Return Authorization) from
METROLAB plus. Call (450) 691-8151.

You will be required to pay all shipping and insurance charges to and from METROLAB plus Service Centre in Mercier, Qc.

Authorized returns

All authorized returns, except for those under warranty, are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be returned in original condition including the original packaging. You must obtain a RA# (Return Authorization) prior to returning any item and said RA# must be clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured for the full value of the merchandise to our warehouse in Mercier, Qc.
